Freeman & Associates and serves as Chair of the Firm’s International Practice Group, which handles cross-border and high-stakes mandates for governments, multinational corporations, and international organizations. A renowned jurist, diplomat, academic, and military officer, Professor Kuwali brings more than two decades of expertise at the intersection of law, governance, and strategy. He is distinguished graduate of the United States War College where he mastered policy and strategy formulation and execution.
